This notice explains how Onda Labs processes personal data in connection with your purchase and the activation of VOKAL. The data controller is the seller identified in the Legal notice, contact: kyduanmusic@gmail.com.
What we process
- Your name, email address and order details from your purchase.
- Your licence key and its status.
- A hashed (one-way) identifier of your computer, used only to enforce the one-computer licence.
- Dates of activations and deactivations.
VOKAL does not upload your audio, projects or other files.
Why we process it
- To deliver your purchase and licence key (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To activate your licence and prevent misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who receives it
Shopify, which runs our store and payments, and the providers that host our licence service and send our emails. They act as processors under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Licence data is kept for as long as your licence exists. Order data is kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and you can object to processing, by writing to kyduanmusic@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
