Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, but only if you gave your prior express consent at checkout and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). If you did not give that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
If VOKAL does not work
If VOKAL does not work as described on a supported system (Windows 10/11 64-bit, VST3, tested in FL Studio) and we cannot fix the problem, you are entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund under your legal guarantee rights.
How to request a refund
Email kyduanmusic@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Refunded licences are deactivated.
